Hi Everyone,

Just a quick note to bring your attention to a few things scheduling wise.

First of all I have plugged in dates through May for group training Zooms, I’m adjusting things a little as we move forward, so you will see that as the months move along, some weekends I will be doing a group workshop that all academy’s will able to attend, rather than doing the same talk three times, I’ll just have one longer class on those days.

You will see in the May calendar the Bark Commanders will still have one weekend class hour on weeks we don’t have a workshop, you can still attend any of the other classes that day, but I want to keep that option open to allow for a smaller group for you to work in. I will post the topics closer to time as they might adjust as we get closer if I see particular needs are more pressing.

I will update the calendar with class topics as we get closer so I can adjust them as needed as well.

In the zoom room you will see two new links for scheduling. The first is for those of you that have not set up a regular monthly reoccurring schedule for your Zoom session, you can use that link to schedule. The other link is for a free 1 hour private zoom that is included in your one year subscription. The schedule will update each month as options open up or as people have taken slots. You have a year to use your session, and you can schedule it up to two months ahead of time.

Missed or canceled appointments: Please try to give me a 24hr notice to cancel if possible, so I can offer that space to someone on my waiting list. If you are able to cancel with a 24hr notice we can reschedule you so you don’t miss the appointment for that month.

If you are scheduling month to month be sure you log in with the updated zoom links I will put in your guide when you set the new appointment as the old ones are no longer in my zoom hosting box. They are found in your personal FB guide under “zoom invitations”.

A couple of Fun things coming up:

This Wednesday afternoon/evening Pacific time, we will have some fun classes with proofing challenges for the things we have been working on in our classes the past almost 2 months.
