No refunds are given for our digital services & classes.
If you have a problem with the class content and are unhappy with the course materials please email Dawn at dawn@thehikerpup.com within the first 10 days of purchasing a course so we can see if we can find a solution and resolve why you are unhappy. If you are unsure if the course is for you we suggest you sign up for a monthly payment plan course like the Academy so you can try the course to see if our training style is a fit for you.
There are no guarantees in dog training! I can only promise I do my best to help you on your journey with your dogs to the best of my abilities.

We have no affiliation with the providers of those goods, they are simply suggested products we enjoy, any dissatisfaction or issue you have with the product will need to be resolved with the company you have purchased from. We would absolutely appreciate your feedback so we can remove any products from our suggestion if people are unhappy with them as we are aware products can change as companies change their own designs, etc.
Fulfillment Policy
Online Classes: All class materials for the Online courses including the Academy and/or Bark Commanders are available for 1 year or 1 month if you opt for the monthly subscription. At the end of the year you will lose access to the website members only materials unless you subscribe again. You keep access to the FB groups indefinitely.
Virtual Consultations: Once private zooms are purchased you will receive a link to schedule your session. Once scheduled, sessions cannot be rescheduled or canceled without a 24 hour notice or you will still be charged for that session. With a 24 hour notice you can use the same scheduling program to pick a new time. Appointments must be scheduled within 30 days if purchasing a single session. Purchasing 3 sessions - you have 6 months to use the sessions, purchasing 6 sessions you have 1 year to use the sessions. Private zooms for the Bark Commanders sessions cannot be carried over, they must be used each month or they are forfeited. If the scheduler does not have any day/time options for you email dawn@thehikerpup.com and we will do our best to find a spot!
If you purchase any classes or private sessions and do not receive immediate confirmation of your purchase please check that your email address is correct, and email dawn@thehikerpup.com or use the “customer support” form to let me know what the problem is.
